It should be said that the coconut normalizes the reproductive system and its milk improves eyesight. Coconut “water” – water infusion of walnut pulp – in many tropical countries is used as an antiseptic, an asthma medicine, it cures diseases of the lungs, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, and skin problems.   •  Problems with the digestive system: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea;
  •  Anaphylactic shock.

In severe reactions extensive itching or skin rash are observed; such symptoms may indicate the beginning of an anaphylactic shock, a potentially fatal condition, that is why the patient should be immediately seen to by a doctor in order to avoid serious consequences.

Treatment

As it can be seen from the variety of above-mentioned symptoms, it is very complicated for an inexperienced person to identify that it is an allergy to coconut; therefore, in any case, you should consult the allergist.

Complicated forms of the allergy are extremely rare phenomena, however, if timely does not seek medical help, It is able to be developed into anaphylactic shock, which at home is difficult to handle. If it is necessary, the doctor will assign the essential allergy tests to confirm or on the contrary, to deny an allergic reaction to coconut.

Usually, the antihistamines are prescribed, which help to remove the unpleasant consequences of allergy. The duration of using this medicine does not exceed one week when the improvements occur.

The prevention of this disease is quite simple: if you have identified an allergy to coconut, you should control any possible ways of its getting into the organism.

It is better to pay a couple of minutes studying the composition of cosmetic products or products where the possible content of coconut can be. When ordering food in public places: in a cafe or in a restaurant do not hesitate to ask the waiter about the presence of coconut ingredients in the dishes.

But if you have never had any similar reaction to coconut, then this product should be used only in moderate amounts. These simple rules will help to avoid problems with allergy and its consequences.
